ShelfLink is a storefront builder tool designed to help independent vendors in Nigeria list products, generate catalogs, and receive orders directly via WhatsApp. ShelfLink is a software tool and does not process payments, handle logistics, or act as an intermediary in transactions.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must log in using an email verification code (OTP) or Google authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities & Content

You retain all rights to any product descriptions, prices, images, and brand details you publish on your storefront. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your content and the items you sell comply with all local laws and regulations in Nigeria.

Prohibited Actions: You may not list illegal products, weapons, counterfeit goods, or engage in deceptive business practices. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any storefront violating these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShelfLink is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, delivery speeds, or business success. Under no circumstances shall ShelfLink be liable for disputes, financial losses, or transactions occurring between you and your customers on WhatsApp.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
