When you use ShelfLink, we collect the minimum necessary data to provide our storefront building services:

• Identity Data: If you sign up via Google, we receive your public profile details (name, email address, profile picture). If you sign up using email OTP, we collect your email address.
• Storefront Configuration: Any store name, tagline, WhatsApp phone number, logo (base64 image data), and product catalog items you input.
• Order Data: When a customer submits an order, details such as items ordered, customer name, notes, and totals are recorded to display in your seller dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to operate ShelfLink:

• To render and display your public storefront link to your customers.
• To authenticate you and link your devices to your storefront.
• To compile and show customer order history on your dashboard.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Safety

Your account and storefront data are stored securely via Supabase databases. We also mirror configurations locally in your browser's localStorage to maintain offline access and reduce backend requests.

4. Your Rights

You can modify or delete your products, store configuration, and data at any time directly through your dashboard. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated stores permanently, you can request account deletion by emailing us.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
